Workers are unpleasant and obviously underpaid. The drive thru takes a comically long time for something simple like a coffee. You would think they are understaffed for the amount of time it takes, but when you get to the window there is 1 person working and 10 people standing behind the counter chatting and not working. The food is inconsistent every time I go, and the order is incorrect most of the time.
