Extremely disappointed in todays service. The woman who served me did not even greet me with a hello. She didn’t even cue me to ask what I’d like to order I had to just tell her. She went to get the items I ordered and could not even tell me how much my order was, the usual “that comes to X dollars please”. She told me in a rude way, hurrying me, “Scan you card” (for the points). The debit machine was ready then so I tapped my card and stepped over to take my items. There was no thank you, no goodbye, nothing. I get that we all have bad days, but that’s no excuse for her treatment. I was disgusted. I'll order a vanilla cream cold brew and have to get them to remake it 3 times, during this time they will argue that they are making it right.
