I hope this little gem continues to be here. While I was working around the area in the past, I knew of this Tea Room from their customers at the parking lot. They recommended I go one day.

Fast forward a few years later, as I could never get a chance to go at the right time, I finally got to experience this place.

I wasn't feeling in the best of moods, and going for some tea might lift up my day.

The place was fully packed upon going through the doors. We didn't had a pre-booking, but they welcomed us as walk-ins. They took us to a nice quiet room. The serene view is a perfect match with the tea.

The servers, Lenna(?) And Jeanie, were very welcoming, sweet and kind. Lenna took the time to introduce us to their types of teas and food. I couldn't decide the different types of tea. The tea steeper was amazing, they gave us a taste of a few kinds of teas they had.

The Mid Spring green tea color was light but the taste still strong, the description of taste matched their menu. It suited the rainy day.

Our favorite at the time was probably Hibiscus Mint. The Hibiscus was refreshing as a cold brew, sour but with the hint of Mint aftertaste. I wanted to take this home but this was made in-house.

We tried their fresh in-house sourdough as a sandwich, the BC. Loved the sourdough, it was moist and fluffy.

In Coquitlam, or the Tri-cities, I don't see many special tea leaf stores. It seems quite rare around here.

Thank you to the team for being so welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely...

No question asked .. solid 5 stars in all aspects ..

From the tranquil setting to the exquisite pastries, open face sandwiches, organic teas and the outstanding service!!

Kudos to the young gentleman who we had the pleasure of dealing with this lovely afternoon .. since it was our first time .. he took the time to explain the menu and made suggestions .. our party of 5 enjoyed immensely and was able to try out a bit of everything!

.. after seeing their post on Facebook we decided to take a drive out .. at first we thought we had entered an unauthorized driveway as we had to pass a service road ( unpaved ) .. upon making the last turn we saw a wide open plain with tiny white flowers all over the grounds .. come explore the space and enjoy the organic teas & hand crafted confections ( do try out their Japanese inspired Anko Confections! ) Call ahead if you wanted to reserve specific items as they are all made in-house in a very...

We were told it was first come first serve for afternoon tea by their staff via email but when we showed up we were told it had to be pre-booked.

Despite this hiccup, we really enjoyed ourselves. We got an open faced sandwich each, dessert and tea. Everything was so nice, well flavoured and delicious.

I tried the festival sandwich, it had brie, caramelised onions and fig jam with prosciutto. It was so good and no flavour too strong, very harmonious.

I tried the banana cold brew tea and it was so yummy!! Not too sweet but sweet enough to drink as is, the banana flavour wasn't fake tasting which is really appreciated over here!!

I had the tiramisu for dessert, it was so nice and the perfect amount of dessert not too big, not too sweet.

The view was amazing, the ambiance was so peaceful and quiet. I cannot recommend this place enough if you're looking for a place to slow down and...

My wife and I had an incredible experience at 8 Corners Organic Tea Room! Tucked away inside Belcara Regional Park, this hidden gem is a true delight. The atmosphere is serene, offering a perfect escape. The sandwiches, desserts, and tea were simply fantastic. Each bite was a burst of flavors, and the tea selection was exquisite. The attention to quality and organic ingredients truly sets this place apart. Our server, Julia, was exceptional. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. Not only did she provide excellent service, but she also took the time to show us around the store, sharing fascinating details about the origins of the tea and the various products they offer. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat with exceptional food and tea, 8 Corners is the place to be. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and delightful experience.

Who knew this was hidden inside Belcarra! A very nice surprise. You need to make reservations and pay ahead of time ($65 a person and parties of 2-4). You can also attempt to drop by for their regular menu. We tried a regular set as well as a vegan set. Our favorite parts were the savoury sandwiches on their homemade sourdough bread. We wished that the desserts were more varied - they were heavily matcha/red bean centered and on the less sweet side because of the Korean owned establishment. The teas were great, and service was good as well. The road in isn’t paved, so be aware. The tea room can be a little stuffy since it’s an open kitchen, but it didn’t bother us too much. Overall, the grounds are lovely and it’s a unique experience.
