McDonald's — Restaurant in Beloeil

They are way understaffed and the employees know it and feel it big time. Mobile order walk inside and look at the board: "great my # is there" 40minutes later... suddenly disappears, I get attention from someone behind counter and they say it was served and called for.. most certainly wasn't. Took an extra 25 minutes to get my order served after multiple people who ordered in the meantime got many of the items I had ordered. (Bigmac,quarter pounder and happy meal) The ONLY positive thing about this visit was one particular staff member who was trying VERY hard to carry the whole team and working 6times the normal amount to balance for the slackers she had with her that day. Stoped by around 10pm on Saturday... Young man long blond hair ( some cook or something..) kept yelling out to co workers, harrassing another cook and flirting constantly with girls at front desk. Clearly having MAJOR ATTENTION issues. Trying to geab attention by yelling out stupidities constantly, even out in dinning room. Probably a bornagain Bully or something...

Even saw the douch throwing fresh eggs ( whole) on to the cooking plate that a fellow was trying to clean.

My order was hot BUT the burger this idiot prepared was thrown together all sloppy and condiments were all over the place and buttom bun folded in 2.

Despite advertising that it's "open 24/7", this location has closed its interior at night on and off for years, serving only the drive-through. The excuse is that they're understaffed and can't serve people inside. That's all well and good, but having to take a gamble every time you go somewhere on whether they'll be open or not is pretty crappy for something meant to be convenience food. To add insult to injury, they won't serve pedestrians or cyclists at the drive-through.

But even more egregious, they've recently begun to close the drive through as well, simply not taking orders at all during the night, despite having all the lights on and a giant neon sign claiming to be open 24 hours a day. This is false advertising,...
