I’m so disappointed! We live in Kinglet and we’re excited by the new DQ. This evening, Thursday June 5th we went to get ice cream . I decided to try a chocolate fudge blizzard for the first time . We went to the drive through. Once we paid they told us to wait in the parking lot in front of the store . It was reasonable wait , there were several cars already in the parking lot. I thought it was going to be worth the wait . They brought out my blizzard but DID NOT TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN. Instead they gave it to us with a cover on. We live on the same street at DQ yet by the time I went home, the blizzard was a watery mess - COMPLETELY MELTED ! I am beyond disappointed! After waiting patiently this is the thanks we got. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was spotless—clean tables, shiny floors, and even the washrooms were fresh and well-maintained, which speaks volumes about their commitment to hygiene.
