Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Blind River

My wife and I are(were) are taking the long drive from Mississauga to Winnipeg to visit family. We pulled in to stretch our legs and got a small coffee. Casey came in from his break and let me know he was going to wash his hands before serving me. He was very polite referring to me as , sir. I asked for a small black coffee with a sleeve, which he quickly gave me. For these things he should be commended (probably why he is a shift supervisor). 👍🏽 I am not sure what the rules and expectations are for smoking near the building, but Casey happened to be doing it right outside the station door. This made my wife and I very uncomfortable. It made it less inviting to enter the station. I did notice an ashtray with a smoking sign on it, but I assume that is simply encouraging people to, ‘but out’ there smokes before they enter the building and not permission to stand there and smoke. Went to this loaction today and the store was about to close.One of the old lady who worked there she did not warm his coffee, denied bagel. My husband is a truck driver.this happened to him. He is a regular customer.but he was very upset about it. She gave him coffee and The lady behaved very rude with him. He even told him not to ever come back in tim hortons. The only thing he asked him was to warm coffee and she behaved in a racist manner. There were two employees and both were talking to each other neglecting customer. Very disappointed. Please dont go there. Employees treat customers like rubbish. They do not care. Would have given this tim zero star. Really upset and disappointed. Poor...

Super service, but no one seems to be cleaning the tables or washrooms.The outside garbage appeared to be full at the front of the building. There are lots of plug ins for charging your phone so you can use the app and website, two wheelchair accessible tables,but the accessible washroom has a handle on it rendering it inaccessible. The outside entry is unique in that it has z sliding automatic door with the interior door opener being the traditional round button. I was in this location for quite a while abd dud not see anyone...
