We stopped by Resto le Bolton for lunch and were blown away. We tried the Bolthaï Poutine and the smoked meat club sandwich, and both were packed with bold, fresh flavors. The shrimp in the poutine was perfectly crispy, and the Asian-style gravy gave the dish a fun, unexpected twist. The smoked meat in the club was sliced thin and just melted in the mouth, seriously satisfying.
We grabbed a spot at one of the picnic benches outside, and the setting was so calm and scenic that we ended up lounging there for a while... maybe even dozed off a bit after that incredible meal.
Big shoutout to Nathalie, who was wonderfully warm and helpful. She kindly swapped out the fries for the sandwich with the amazing poutine, total win.
