We stopped by Resto le Bolton for lunch and were blown away. We tried the Bolthaï Poutine and the smoked meat club sandwich, and both were packed with bold, fresh flavors. The shrimp in the poutine was perfectly crispy, and the Asian-style gravy gave the dish a fun, unexpected twist. Decor matches the region. Food to delicious and that is putting it politely. Lucy our waitress was and is amazing. She was welcoming, friendly and a great sense of humour. As you can see from our photos the food is delicious. Reservations are recommended if it isn't nice outside as their tables would be closed. Minutes from Bolton-Est. A gem to be...
