I will never go back. To any location again. They wanted to charge for an extra cup needed as I explained to them because of a physical disability that was obvious. I told them when they offered a sleeve that I had too much difficulty using a sleeve. He didn't care and repeated his " You Have To PAY", excuse me i don't even Have to order to which he responded , oh well, thats your choice. I cancelled my order which was over 13$ Oh well I thought, AND IT WASN'T ANYHING TO DO WITH THE 10 CENTS. A little math for everyone. Worked in Toronto every day for 37 years Leaving from Brantford i would always get 2 coffees and something for breakfast. Most purchases made in Brantford. Does not include special events, car shows, lunches with clients or hundreds and hundreds of donuts and muffins
Lets use a low average of $12 x 30 days in a month x 12 months in the year equals $4,320.00 x 37 years equals $159,000.
Even if I said $8 a day, that is still $106,000 in 37 years. That also doesn't include the Monday mornings for 37 years in buying for whoever was behind me in drive thru and paying it forward.
One more thing, i always made sure i tipped and many times, quite a bit but it would always blow my mind, which was often without getting even a Thank you
I have officially left the building, and that,...
Read moreI am never going to this Tim Hortons again. They are so incredibly slow, and there is always at least one person standing around doing absolutely nothing- usually more than that. Yesterday I ordered a bagel and a coffee around 1pm on my way to work. I got the coffee right away which was appreciated, but was left to wait for my bagel. Even after I had been waiting for 15 minutes (no joke), I said something to a worker because I was going to be late for work and nobody was even standing near the food-making area. I asked the worker if I could just have my bagel on it’s own in a bag because I knew that if I had to wait for it to be made, I would be there for another 10 minutes. When I asked the worker for my bagel in a bag because I was going to be late, she snarkily responded with ‘Well, I didn’t know there was a deadline’. Of course there’s a deadline, it’s called FAST food for a reason!!! This ordeal ended up causing me to be late for work. It is faster to drive across town, order a sandwich elsewhere, and drive back over to my work than it is to order something from this Tim Hortons. This should be addressed by management immediately before they continue to lose...
Read moreI've never had an issue with staff in The Limited times I visited but I did just get the most horrendous excuse for a London Fog tea I have ever tasted. I assumed there was a machine that made this for them but apparently it's up to individual Barista talent at each location I was told which just doesn't seem to exist for specialty drinks at rid location. Most locations use two bags in a large. Many locations only use one which puts the flavoring completely off but this one was extra absolutely horrible. I had to drive to Dorchester an hour later, mentioned it and asked a few questions about the tea to a young woman at the verbs through the and she gave me a free drink coupon to make up for the junk In Brantford. The best tasting London Fog in Brantford comes from the West Street/Edmonds on St. location by the Zehrs Plaza, they taste absolutely awesome. Parking very limited and cramped here as well. Its the last Tims I would frequent based on this alone. Should be torn down and rebuilt. No drive through. Might be the only one left in Ontario...
