Tim Hortons — Restaurant in British Columbia

Worst Timmy's I ever been in. Yesterday, a coffee, a tea, grilled cheese with bacon, and a crispy chicken sandwich, no lettuce, with wedge fries. Order in a 6:00 pm. Got the drinks and wedge fries quick, then the grilled cheese a few minutes later, no bacon, lukewarm tea. Sent the grilled cheese back. Five minutes later a new one with bacon arrives. 6:15, ask Tyron about the crispy chicken sandwich, he looks around, talks with a no name tag guy, with a pony tail half way down his back, some facial hair, he says it will be right up. 6:22, no sandwich, ask again. Kitchen says there is no orders waiting. Lady from the kitchen comes out talks with the guys at the counter........she comes back with a sandwich, dead cold, hard.....we leave at 6:30 and won't be back. Off the beaten track, yes, but Tim's is Tim's everywhere else, including Cache Creek a few miles...

3 months after i wrote the review below, we decided to give this place another chance. Got there at 9:30 AM and guess what, the drive-through is STILL closed for lack of staff. And still haven’t hired potential applicants. I am NEVER ever coming back and wasting my time again. I hope the franchise head-office is reading these reviews —————- This place is unbelievable poorly managed. They have been claiming not being able to get staff to work there for 11 months. Again we are back to the nonsense of only allowing truckers inside and all others can only use the drive through. Mgr says they want to hire. Yet I know of people that have applied and nobody seems to be hired, even one with serving experience. Not sure what the deal is here. Maybe their head office...

Nice for a change to walk into a tim hortons and understand the person behind the counter. Not only that , but they were friendly, fast, and courteous. My order came correct,which was also nice for a change. I was given a tray for my 4 hot drinks without being asked if I needed one or having to ask for one,which is usually the norm. I always have to ask,even when going through a drive thru at other locations. Silly question, I think. They smiled and actually told me to have a nice day. Another amazing thing lately that never happens in kamloops. So nice. Such a refreshing change from kamloops and chilliwack locations. Almost gives me back my belief in Tim hortons. Was seriously considering finding another place to go. Like...
