Only put 1 star because I couldn't post this review without putting a star. This place doesn't deserve even 1 star. This was the worse place I been too in forever. Service was terrible had to ask if I could get a coffee after sitting there for 5 minutes then after a half hour nobody came around so I had to ask the lady at the counter if we could get someone to get us more coffee and take our order. Waited another 10 minutes and had to ask again. Finally a waitress came and filled our coffee and she was walking away I said are you going to take our order she was awe ok what do you want. Then walked away then had to yell to her and ask if we could get cream for the coffee and waited another 10 mins we had to ask the lady at the desk again if we could get cream finally after the 3rd time we got cream. Then 2 older ladies asked about their order they been waiting a very long time for it and the waitress was awry we are doing the larger table 1st then your order will be done. Then one of the older ladies went to see where these larger tables were and come to find out that the waitress didn't even put their order in so they left. Table beside us their food was all burned and nobody came to check on them or did anything for them. Worse place ever to go never...

Hello, I would like to express my frustration with the food I ordered today at Denis, I ordered spaghetti where the spaghetti was hard, it looks like it was not cooked. I ordered a lasagna where the lasagna did not have minced meat as described in the menu, nor red sauce, it had a portion of oil. I complained, they said why is it closing then they got frozen food. to do for me. I wonder? And how do you treat your customers? Because I arrived at 8:00pm, can't I make quality food for my family? Does my family have to eat food taken from the freezer? I paid 75.12 dollars who will return my money because I didn't even eat it. because we have to be treated like people, not like animals. give food taken from the freezer. heated in microwave. I have always behaved well towards the Denis Company. But today I am very disappointed. I have never been treated like this in my life. Sorry to be venting, but today there were a lot of mistakes. I paid because I am a correct person, but unfortunately this will be the last time, you can be sure that my friends and family will know. because this can never happen I am a customer, if you did this to me imagine what it could do to other people. I await solutions...

I used to stop here once a week for dinner/breakfast as I drive through the area for work often as a long haul trucker. After tonight's experience i will not be returning. Noticed near the end of my glass of water that the glass was absolutely filthy and had a ton of stiff floating in the bottom. Looked like the glass was grabbed straight out of the dish pit. I brought this to my servers attention and after about 5 minutes came back with my reciept and a 10% discount. Which as a professional driver I'm already entitled to. Do not recommend eating here at all. When I pointed out that I was already entitled to that discount the server just chuckled and shrugged. Disgusted with how filthy my glass was and the lack of attention and care by the waiter to not notice he was using filthy glassware and disgusted with their "resolution"

Just wanted to add an update. The manager asked me to email him with a response to this review. It has now been weeks since I emailed him with no response. So just trying to look better by trying to fix the situation but not actually following through. Disappointing to...
