I went here on 10/08/22 at around 11:30-11:58 am. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Tim Hortons. Service was extremely slow, on top of them being rude. The woman making the wraps did not even listen to me when I explained that I was given a farmers wrap in a 9 inch wrap/ wrapping paper which isn’t correct. She walked away as I tried to explain politely what was wrong because she said she is busy with orders. They told me that they no longer have the covers for wraps which is not accurate , they also told me a 9 inch wrap is “just the sizing now” even though I have worked at a Tim Hortons for 2 years and that is a child size wrap no matter what they claim. Another woman approached me trying to “make up” (in her words) for the other woman’s behaviour ( on the food station ) to explain that they no longer carry the packaging for the new wraps but I have been a supervisor many years and that is not accurate at all. Even if that location does not have the packaging then they should at least give you the right size, which is a 12 inch wrap.They proceeded to speak about us in front of us, saying we are wrong and do not know what we are saying even though there were 7 of us and we all have separate complaints. They said and I quote “ I tried to explain it but they don’t think it’s right” “ Yeah but I’m not sure how it’s supposed to be, that’s the only wraps I see when I’m making them”. The woman making the food was the absolute worst whereas another women tried to explain it to us but it still wasn’t accurate. They do not know what they are doing and are not making food properly. I never write this poorly of a review but my experience was terrible. I can say without a doubt as someone who only writes 5 star reviews this was the worst experience I have had ever. Read moreI cannot believe the experience I got. For starters, I asked for a toasted bagel with butter and when I received it it was warm but not toasted. I know all Tim’s are different and toasting is different where you go but I needed it properly toasted so I went back through the line and man o man the level of disrespect and not just that but blatantly breaking health code violations?!? The manager I think, she was older, snatched the bagel out of my hand that she already gave me; I already had a single bite out of it - I wanted to see if I could make it work I don’t want to make these people’s jobs harder than they are but the disrespect was unreal. She threw a bagel back through their toaster and then gave it to me and slammed the drive thru door in my face. Needless to say, she was clearly trying to prove a point since the bagel was black. I waited for them to reopen the doors to ask for a properly toasted bagel; mind you I was trying my best to be respectful but they wouldn’t pay attention to me they left me at the drive thru window for a full minute before finally reopening and asking ‘what do you want now’ come on guys. I just want my bagel toasted. They proceeded to toast the bagel and condescendingly ask me every single painful step of the way if it was alright. I get they deal with a lot of stuff but I just wanted the food I paid for to be made the way I asked for it to be made. I could not believe the blatant disrespect and health code violations. Read moreIs it the economy? Or just really bad service? This is the bagel with cream cheese that I ordered. I paid extra for this smidge of cream cheese. After posting this I realized that there have been complaints about food and service that are WAY worse than mine. The owner (or Tim Hortons) even replied and asked to call a hotline which only added injury by putting people on hold and not having any resolution. What if, they just take all of the reviews as complaints and actually develop resolution to improve their service? I mean, do you really need people to actually go thru the trouble to call you only to be put on hold and get aggrivated even more? The reviews have pictures, and they are horrible! Maybe, I don't know, use this to retrain the staff of how service is supposed to be like (this area can be busy but customers are rarely rude!), how food is supposed to be served (iced coffe is supposed to have ice, toasted bagels- not burned, food is edible- no insects included, proper bagel to cream cheese ratio).
