They are cheaping out on red beans and there is barely anything inside the read bean buns compared to a year ago. Also some breads sold at Walmart were mouldy inside, however it appears like Walmart placed an incorrect best before dates when they defrosted the breads as best before dates were...

I bought this red bean bun at Safeway 30 min ago because they are local. Other packages in that fridge had condensation, so I did not pick them. The bun was dry on top, frozen in the middle and wet on the bottom. Not sure what went wrong, but very disappointing. Update ......
