Cold day came inside bought Muffin worst I have ever attempted to eat. I think if had been heated perhaps it may have been decent. I took it back to the server as shown in photo and smiled. She said nothing and cleared the plate from the counter. I think given the culture at this chain coffee shop they are over reaching a bit with an attempt to be something more with there bake goods. This is second time for me as is in a good location but otherwise the place really fails. They did smile a lot. Perhaps good place for younger crowed to hang out...
