This is one of the most disgusting Tim Hortons in the entire city. We came here for drinks and while we were standing waiting, we look in the donuts stand where all the pastries are and there are flies actually flying in and out of the unit, there were dead flies and other bugs also in there. We politely told the person serving us that this was taking place and we noticed something else that was odd; all of the women were working quite hard and it was a busy time and I wanted to speak to a manager about the fly situation and she points to the back room where I see two men standing there talking to each other and watching the whole thing. So she goes back to tell them about the fly situation and they told her to pull out the rack and basically we just left instead of buying anything because they refused to do anything about all the bugs. As soon as we left, I was watching and filming and they just put the rack right back in again and did nothing about the disgusting mess. The quality of service and products are subpar to begin with ever since it has been taken over by a certain demographic, but this is getting out of hand. People are going to get sick if they haven't already. I have been sick numerous times after drinking just iced cappuccino so I know for a fact they don't clean their machines properly. They do not care about offending anybody nor do they care about the quality of anything. These places deserve zero stars and they will never have our business again and believe me I'm sharing the videos with everybody. I don't need to post them on here so they can ask for my email address to try to rectify the situation because I know for a fact they won't and then they will just have my email address. People are going to start getting really angry and take things into their own hands because nobody is doing anything about these places. Food inspectors are overloaded and there's something like over a year waiting list to go and inspect some of these places. Some of these cultures do not have any respect for Canadian culture or Canadian people and it's time people talked about it and got it through their heads. People are going to stop playing...
Read moreDon't even bother going to this Tim Hortons!!! You may as well take the extra 10 mins and drive to another one that will actually give you the right food.
I have been going to this Tim's for 5 years, almost everyday. I would say 90% of my orders in that time have been incorrect. I order the same thing almost every day, a BLT with cheese and a French vanilla with espresso.... not that difficult. Yet each time I go, something is wrong. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is getting ridiculous.
Example- I have ordered many BLT's with cheese, some come with cheese some do not, sometimes there is no bacon, sometimes no mayo. Today they couldn't even get a chocolate muffin right, and gave me bran. They also rip you off by making you pay full price for a sandwich then they put it on a small bun that is for a cravable. So i pay $8 for a BLT that is suppose to be a full bun, and instead I get the cravable bun that is probably only worth a dollar or two. (2 bites and you're done the sandwich)
Throughout the years they've been able to make so much money from me $1 extra for cheese and isn't put on the sandwich, shots of espresso that are $2 that do not get put into my coffee, Sandwiches that I don't even bother eating because they seem to be unable to put Bacon Lettuce Tomato and cheese on a sandwich.
Officially never going back to this Tim Hortons after today they screwed up my muffin, BLT and coffee... AGAIN.
TERRIBLE!!
I truly hope their management goes through and reads these reviews, as I've read multiple that are similar situations as mine and clearly nothing...
Read moreThis morning I went through the drive-thru with my son. We ordered a double stack farmers wrap, sausage breakfast sandwich, everything bagel with plain cream cheese, a Boston cream donut, a bottle of coke and a large double double. Not a lot. I had to repeat things 4 times while giving the order to the representative at the drive-thru speaker. It be a joy if Tim Horton's could select on the ball competent people to take drive thru orders. Tim's wants this process lightning fast, but its not when you have constantly repeat items. The first thing I ordered the representative said hold on. The food at the pick up window, as usual, is thrust at you so fast that you don't have time to think. The representative forgot my large double double coffee. I was out of the drive thru when we realized as I check the accuracy of the orders. I decided not to go in to get the coffee because I had to get my son to school and it was busy inside. I shouldn't have to fear items missing. This due to the fact employees are timed and speed is valued highly over accuracy and customer service. I also think the employees don't care if its accurate only that they won't get in trouble for not meeting time requirement policies. If employees were allowed another 30-60 seconds I am guessing food would be made properly, order accuracy would increase and frustrated customers like myself would decrease. Its exhausting thinking that you have to watch every part of the process to feel confident you get what you paid for. I am honestly thinking of...
