I visit Tim Hortons drive-thru regularly, and while I wouldn’t say the experience is anything out of the ordinary, it’s consistently positive—and that counts for a lot these days. I primarily stop in for a cold brew coffee, and I appreciate that it’s always reliably available and well made. Some places struggle with consistency, but this location seems to have it figured out. The drink tastes the same every time: fresh, smooth, and exactly what I need to start (or get through) my day.
What stands out the most at this particular Tim Hortons isn’t the ambiance or any unique features—it’s the speed and efficiency. I rarely find myself waiting in a long line for more than a few minutes. The staff at the window are polite, quick with the payment process, and accurate with orders. Even during peak hours, the line moves steadily, which tells me the team behind the scenes is well organized and used to working under pressure.
There’s nothing flashy or groundbreaking here, and that’s totally fine. It’s a dependable stop where I know I’ll get what I came for without hassle. In a world full of unpredictable service experiences, there’s value in a place that just consistently does its job well. Whether I’m rushing to work or just out running errands, I know I can count on this Tim Hortons drive-thru for a solid cup of cold brew and a no-fuss experience. Sometimes, that’s exactly...
Read moreThe one-star review is for the management, NOT the employees.
Every time I go here, they have just one employee working. One person to take orders, the same person making the food, and the same person serving the food. If someone orders anything more complicated than a donut or a coffee, it throws a wrench in the entire thing and causes huge delays, which is frustrating for the customers and likely insanely stressful for the employee. Keeping just one more person on staff would completely solve these issues, but it's clear the management is too cheap (or just doesn't care enough) to do anything about it.
It's ridiculous to have a single person working at a Tim Hortons, even if it's just an "outlet." This store still serves almost everything a "full-size" Tim's does, so there's absolutely no excuse to have a single employee working. This spot can get really busy too, by the way. Having one person is nuts.
Management: Do better. Do better for your customers, do better for your employees, and do better for yourselves. Have two people working, at least...

This location needs a serious deep clean and the state of the washrooms are disgusting!!!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Both myself and the other customers were not even acknowledged when we walked in to wait in line and we stood there for a good 5 minutes before any staff member came to the front. Only to change the baking tray and then proceeded to the drive thru to attend to those customers, which were already being served. The lady behind us turned around and left.
Another staff member was coughing all over the food and didn't even bother to cover her face and or change her gloves/wash her hands! You would think washing your hands and changing your gloves would be common sense, especially with everything going on in the world today.
We left our food and walked out! We will not be going back, ever! Highly NOT recommended. Save your money, Go else where. Unless you enjoy poor...
