Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I received my bag of food and noticed that they forgot my chipotle dipping sauce. I asked for my sauce and they went and grabbed one without apologizing for making the mistake. I walked out to my vehicle and started eating my chicken wrap and noticed they did not put cheese on my wrap which I specifically requested multiple times and made it very clear to the person entering my order that I wanted 2 slices of cheddar cheese. When I asked them to remake the wrap they told me that I did not pay for cheese but would make it again after I asked multiple times. When the new wrap was brought forward they said I needed to give back the first wrap that I had already taken two bites out of. I asked what they were going to do with the half eaten wrap and they said they were going to throw it away. I told them that it didnāt make any sense to waste food and that I shouldnāt have to give back the wrap just for them to throw it in the garbage. The lady walked over to the manager and asked him then returned and said yes we need the wrap back. They were very rude and put up a lot of resistance at this time. When I refused to give back the half eaten wrap she said fine then you have to pay for the cheese. I said fine Iāll pay for the cheese and they proceeded to charge me the $1.50 ish for 2 slices of cheddar. She then took the remade wrap that she was about to hand me moments before back to the kitchen where I couldnāt see her anymore and I was very confused as she already had it ready to go and was about to hand it to me before I paid for the cheese. When she came back I asked her why she took the wrap to the back and she stumbled on her words and said that it was a different customers wrap from a different order which was not true. The other employee even confirmed that this was my wrap before I paid for the cheese. I took the remade wrap and went back to my vehicle to find that she had made it wrong again and had put lettuce on this time. I went back inside and politely asked them to remake my wrap for a third time and they did so. I will never go back to this Tim Hortons. At no point did the manager say a word to me even though he was standing right there witnessing the entire situation. I couldnāt believe how rude the lady making the food and the manager were to me especially considering this was entirely their mistake, and not just one but multiple mistakes. What happened with this might you say well my order wasn't correct and because she wasn't paying attention things got made and the wrong Timbits Got Loaded. I shouldn't have to question whether or not you're going to give me chocolate Timbits but instead get cheesecake. Like come on now this isn't like original verse Honey Dip, they are a completely different color. My first experience also waited forever to be helped at the counter and what I mean by that is at least 5 minutes because the workers were just talking to each other in back. Alongside rolling eyes and sigh finally realized I was inside walking annoyed to the till, gave me the fullest cup of ice with some lemonade. They can't even get the food right here and it's designed to be as easy as possible for the staff. Like I don't know how you screw up this bad with different staff each time, it's one of the worst reviewed Tim Hortons for a reason.
