🍴 Lunchtime Done Right at Roosevelt Campobello International Park! 🇨🇦🇺🇸 Biked over for an awesome lunch today at the charming Prince Café — and let me tell you, it was perfect. Delicious food, breathtaking scenery, and the nicest, most smiling staff in Canada! Big shoutout to Kristy and Millie – simply the best! 👏😊 If you’re anywhere near Campobello Island, make this a must-stop on your summer adventure list. 📍 While you’re here, take a stroll through Roosevelt Cottage, the beloved summer home of President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Step back in time and explore 34 beautifully preserved rooms filled with history, charm, and coastal elegance. It’s where relaxation meets legacy. ☀️ Fresh ocean air, great eats, and huggable hospitality — what more could you ask for? 👉 Come visit, smile wide, and leave full (and happy)! #RooseveltCampobelloPark #PrinceCafePerfection #SupportLocal #EastCoastEats #CampobelloIsland #HuggableAdventures #JimGilbertsTravels

Great historical location, staff all A1 and the food I rarely use the term the best, yet for the apple cider vinaigrette dressed seasonal green salad this is the best. The clam chowder was among the best. When I ordered the chowder I was told it might be finished. I asked if the pot could be scraped I was brought a bowl of delicous thick chowder. Among my best chowders.

We had lunch here while spending a day at the park. It was too cold to eat outside, but we still have a lovely view inside. Food and service were very good. Note that there is no admission fee for the park, so you can come here for lunch even if you're not interested in seeing the park. (But I highly recommend seeing it.)

What a great park! Before I went to the Roosevelt cottage, I had lunch at the Prince's Cafe. The weather was perfect and I sat on the back deck. What a nice venue, sitting on the back patio staring from Canada back to Eastport.. The servers were personable and seemed enthusiastic to do a job well done. It just wasn't executed as professionally as it could be. I had the salad and the fettuccine alfredo with chicken. They forgot the chicken, so while I waited for it, my pasta went cold and they brought me a side of chicken. I was a little surprised. They seemed to be adamant about making it right, which I interpreted as a new hot dish properly made. In the end she elected not to charge me for the drinks and a little bit of a discount on the food. It's a nice gesture but it's discounting a mediocre experience. I would rather pay full price and have an excellent experience. Great Park! Lots to see. Can't wait...

What a nice place to have lunch. We thought we’d stop in Lubec for lunch before going onto the island, but everything looked pretty unappealing. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and pleasant staff. We had the special of the day- spaghetti and meatballs; very tasty, tender meatballs and a light flavorful sauce. The people at nearby tables seemed very pleased with their homemade looking sandwiches. We shared the delicious pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting. A nice treat for an...
