Pizza Cantley — Restaurant in Cantley

Inconsiderate of dietary restrictions.

Called in food order for delivery and I put in a special request (such as, half/half pizza *no meat on once side).. and it arrives, I pay and then notice that the order was not what I had asked.

I called back and mentioned to the cashier, he passes me then to the “owner” who then says “oh so there’s meat on more than 3/4 of your pizza? well why don’t you just remove it?” I told him we’d tried but we’d only destroyed the pizza and it wasn’t salvageable. He then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he can do and that is was my problem and then hung up. He was rude, condescending and inconsiderate.

I have paid for this meal, this is not the meal i had requested. And now this meal will be left untouched.

If I were able to remove the meat, salvage the pizza.. 100% would have had no issue and wouldn’t have called in. I don’t care if the meat touched my pizza (hence the half/half) although, if when trying to fix their mistake and then being left with a lump of destroyed pizza, I would hope for my money back or another pizza. A “I’m sorry” would have been just fine.

I think a quick class in Customer service etiquette would be necessary...

It use to be a 5 star, but the last order was: 1- not as tasty (to much of the cheap ingredients like green peppers). 2 Expensive! It use to be very reasonably priced, and I was surprised when I called and the prices were not what they were online at all... Like I get that it's really hard with pandemic and rising food costs... But it was an increase of $10 and wasn't listed on the website so by the time I called I was a little shocked.
