McDonald's — Restaurant in Canton de Melbourne

Went there with my son Ordered a Quarter pounder plain with cheese and it became a nightmare ! The cashier was not trained at all and asked for the manager He makes my order and says ...something is wrong on the price ! Lol 3 trios where on the cash but did not even figure it out He tells me it's because I have to choose two different trios to have my app rebate ...completely off this manager Anyways he found out the error and the price was ok The burgers come and the plain Quarter pounder has extra oignons and pickles ...good thing I checked when I received at the counter Then he comes back with one only with pickles and cheese !: I snapped and had to tell him it's meat cheese and bread Was really disappointed by this service from a total incompentent manager I applied many time to be a McDonalds manager and never I got a call back I guess because I was too competent for this...

Now under the circumstances I'm being generous in giving one Star. I recently when to Mc Donalds twice and was refused service twice because they had to close after I had been waiting for 15 and 30 minutes in line, and it was before 7:30, you could hear that the manager in the background was in a hurry to close. I was brought up in the customer service field, and I was taught that your employees and your customers are your business and they need to be treated and served properly. When your customers are in the building waiting, you serve them. Also you need to provide your management and employees with the salary, training, and drive to perform, smile enjoy their job to provide the necessary service, otherwise you might just as well shut the business down, because it's not working. And the current Covid situation is no excuse for a fast food...

This McDonald's is consistently disappointing. I think that today is a good example of a routine experience. My order was completely wrong. The pick-up counter was covered in a sticky mess. The ketchup dispenser had the spout removed. The fountain area was chaotic. An employee dropped a Happy Meal on the floor, picked it up, and served it. This is a violation of company policy. If it's on the ground, it's trash. Overall, I've never had a good experience here. Average experiences are the best one can hope for. Also, the tables are perpetually sticky. I'm not sure what it would take to get it right. I'm often working in the area and there are no other choices. If you're on Autoroute 55, either keep going to Sherbrooke or...
