This hidden gem really goes to show you should not judge a book by its cover. It was just after noon when we found Norse. We hesitated as there were no cars in the parking lot. The side yard had lots of picnic tables but the vegetation was unkempt. We worried they may had gone out of business. There is an old sign at the road but it does not advertise a restaurant. We are so happy we decided to venture in. We were still a bit apprehensive after being greeted warmly because there were no other customers inside. Our hesitation turned to happiness as we were offered a complimentary flight to taste each of the four beers on offer. We chose our favourite, ordered pints, and bacon cheeseburgers to enjoy with each. I added one order of fries and told the young man we'd share it. Everything was delicious! It's little things that mean a lot to me, like how he split the fries in the kitchen and brought us each a plate with burger & fries on it. By the time we finished our meal, all the tables inside were full and the place was buzzing with folks enjoying the food and beer! We picked up a few cans of our favourite brew to take home and we look forward to another lunch at...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Norse Brewery in Parry Sound, and it was an exceptional experience! The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy some quality brews.

Norse Brewery offers a selection of five different beers, each with its unique flavor profile. The standout for me was their sour beer. The quality and variety of the beers are impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes.

The service at Norse Brewery is top-notch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the beers they serve. I also had the chance to meet Alex, the owner. It's clear that a lot of passion and hard work has gone into making this place what it is.

For food, they offer delicious meat substitute burgers and amazing fries. The Norse burger, in particular, is a must-try! It's flavorful and cooked to perfection. Whether you're a meat-eater or prefer vegetarian options, you'll find something to enjoy here.

Overall, Norse Brewery is a fantastic spot to visit if you're in the Parry Sound area. Great beers, delicious food, and excellent service – you won't be...

This hidden gem is worth checking out. I'm giving 5 stars with pointers. Im a former server and mystery shopper. From the outside, you wouldn't know it's a brewery. Would like to see the picnic area grated, leveling, and no weeds for curbside appeal. Maybe paint the road sign. Make it more inviting on the outside, repair logo on garage door too. Once inside, could use music on. To quiet. The service was great. Menu boards are fun. Offering beer samples was a nice touch. Beer was cold but servicing beer in Norse glasses, could increase glassware sales. It's a burger joint for sure, chicken fingers the other option. Burgers are very tasty and was nice that the side order of fries is split on each plate. After a meal is over, you don't receive an actual bill. It's tallied up at the cash register on the way out. Offering a bill to the table would be helpful if customers are split payment, etc. I like the store front, it's clean and inviting. Overall, a good experience and will be back. Supporting...

This is an absolute must stop when traveling between Perry Sound and Sudbury. Very nice outside seating area with planty of space for big groups. It doesn't look like much from far but as soon as you pull into the parking you will be glad you did. This is a family owned and operated business. The owner, Alexander, his wife are sweet and welcoming people that will go out of their way to make your visit pleasant. They don't make a ton of different beers, only four core brews... and guess what, they were all excellent. we grabbed all to go as well. The food was delicious 😋 not a huge menu but the burgers are fantastic 👌 Fries were awesome as well and everything is served with multiple sauces. Not visiting this area a lot, but will be stopping here every time I am on hwy 69.

Fully planned and prepared my RV camping trip to Killbear Provincial Park, and guess what...we forgot the entire beer stock home. Next day did little search and drove down to Norse Brewery about half an hour drive from my campsite. I'm glad I forgot my beer stock home because what I enjoyed during my camping trip there was pure Gold. I picked an assorted tall can pack, a glass jar full of craft beer and even bought their tall beer glass, and I love drinking from it. Whether you left your beer stock homem or not, just go there, get some quality beer and if you like craft beer, this is the place to be. Keep up the good quality work Team Norse Brewry and Happy Thanksgiving.
