Just wanted to share an experience I had at the Carman Tim Hortons. I am a very regular customer and have had both good and bad/strange experiences. I ever was served a coffee/tea one time. Yes, they actually put a tea bag in a cup of coffee! I must say though that today's experience made me very upset. There was a man that came and grabbed my order/bag of food, and didn't even hesitate for one minute. In his mind that bag was his!!!! I thought, okay? He must know for sure that this was his. A few minutes later he came back and said that it wasn't his order. A worker came from the back at that moment and called his order. He took it and proceeded to give me the bag he took. He said he didn't touch it but my food was totally unwrapped and I am sure he touched it. I wanted to ask for a new order but didn't have time as I was already late for work. Read moreThe late evening experiance was quite disappointing, they had no chicken left, so i couldent get a chicken wrap. instead, i orderd a chese sandwitch and it was less then impressive, it tasted like something i threw together for a work lunch, cheese half melted ontop and genaric co-op like bread holding some thin bacon and unmelted cheese inside.
the chocolate in my croissant was pure sugure with no real chocolate flavour at all. (they were missing most other donuts so I had to pick a chocolate croissant instead)
Also, as a night shift worker, this is not a 24 hr place, so i will rarely ever get the opertunity ever come here, like most places in carman. and honestly, im not missing much. there are better places in town for what i would like or want.

Read morePathetic. My brother went in with a fresh $20 gift card he received for Christmas. He ordered just about $20 worth of food on the “skip the line kiosk” and when swiping his gift card it said “approved” and his name showed up on the board. Suddenly his name was gone and when he asked a staff member for help they told him there was no balance on his gift card. Mind you this is over his lunch hour as he’s still in high school. I came and took his gift card and went to Tim’s to see if I could get it sorted. The staff couldn’t get through their heads what I was saying or understand me. He lost a whole $20 and they offered nothing for a refund or the food he ordered which he was depending on being his lunch. They told me there was no money on the card when he walked in the building, despite him taking it out of the gift card sleeve this morning for the first time and never having used it previously.
