Sucrerie du Domaine — Restaurant in Chertsey

A-MA-ZING. We ordered in April 2021 the sugar shack kit (kit des sucres) for 4 people. We expected to have some leftovers, but it seriously would have fed 8 people. The full load tourtière was decadent, slightly too salty, but delicious. The oreilles de criss were exactly like what you'd find in a cabane à sucre! The cretons were traditional.... The only thing missing in the kit was a bit of their maple syrup! We also ordered a series of other prêt-à-manger options. The chicken pot pie was thick and generous, will reorder again. We got the poutine tourtière which comes with gravy... And the pecan pie and pudding chômeur. Their desserts are so well priced, we couldn't bake (and deliver) for what they charge. Delivery was quick and reliable in icebox with dry ice. We wanted to plan the day to have the sugar shack meal and the Sucrerie staff was very efficient over email to confirm the time of delivery. We are ordering again and again.... Truly a treasure in Chertsey and can't wait to...

I mean, I drive all the way from Montreal for a poutine. I can leave the review blank and you should all still flock in the thousands. They just understand, the care and compassion that goes into the ingredients you can taste that difference. The pic is from last year when the food truck was in mascouche.
