Jamal’s Pizza is a true local gem, perfectly situated right off Highway 3 in a bustling plaza that makes it a super convenient stop, whether you're a local or just passing through from the nearby Highway 103.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by friendly, welcoming staff. Parking is plentiful, which adds to the hassle-free experience. On this visit, I used their online ordering system, which was incredibly smooth and user-friendly. My order was ready in just 10 minutes—despite the website estimating 20—which was a great surprise.

I went with the Small Donair Poutine this time, and it was a standout. The serving size was generous—comparable to "large" servings at some other places. Great value for the price!

Jamal’s also offers local delivery and has a wide range of specials with very competitive pricing compared to nearby spots. Their pizza, which I've had before, features a deliciously sweet sauce that really sets them apart.

During this visit, the slice rack looked like it had older slices, so I passed—but knowing most places, they’d likely have no problem making a fresh one if asked.

The inside of the restaurant was clean, with indoor seating available and a washroom for customers. They accept both cash and card payments, which adds to the convenience.

I only eat here occasionally when I'm working. So far I've typically had pizza but read reviews on their burgers and had them a couple and I'm honestly shocked how good they make burgers when it's a pizza joint. I did have a poutine when coming off of a cold so didn't have my full taste back to give it a proper review. Overall I must say I've enjoyed all the slices I've tried. Meats, works, Donair and pepperoni over the years. Also it's fairly reasonable when compared to some other pizza places that charge a lot for a tiny slice. The staff always has been super friendly when I'm in there, and they are more personable than most. I typically lean heavily towards Jamal's vs the other pizza places in Chester when I want lunch during work for the consistency, price and taste of everything I've had. I can't wait to explore the menu more when I have more...

Their pizzas I've had are very good. Like their sweet sauce.

I'd rate higher, but after my last, paid for, Donair order (medium w/works, sauce on side), I received a small, no onions or tomatoes at all, 1 1/4 oz cup of sauce. Maybe their mediums are... small? I dunno. The Donair meat is good, medium spicy, with very little fat. But didn't appear to be double cooked. And as mentioned, I ordered with works, but theRE were no tomatoes or onions at all.

Did I get someone else's order?
