Cute coffee stop on the way to bridal falls. Heard about this place from instagram and itās definitely a hidden gem tucked away in the forest. The place is ran by a christian camp, but itās not apparent unless if you ask. Itās a small shop that seems to be linked to a cafeteria, which ruins the indoor vibe a bit. However, the outside chairs and fairy lights creates a nice ambiance thatās very close to nature. Only downside is that when it rains, thereās only one outdoor seating area.
I got an oat milk flat white, along with a cheese and chive scone. The scone was great and they heat it up for you - itās buttery, soft on the inside and just great flavour. Iād recommend ordering it as a savoury treat. As for the coffee, it was decent. Not the best flat white Iāve had, but not bad. I wouldnāt go out of my way to visit this place, but if itās along the way Iād definitely drop by for relaxing and a getting my coffee fix. I just wish the inside had a better divide from what looked like a cafeteria for a summer camp and the coffee shop seating itself. Instagram may have hyped it up a bit...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStopped here for a quick break after driving from Vancouver on a waterfall adventure, and it did not disappoint. The glowing online reviews were spot onāthis coffee shop is a must-visit. Tucked away among towering fir trees, with a cascading mini waterfall as its stunning backdrop and ambiance, the location feels like something out of a dream.
The outdoor seating is abundant and thoughtfully arranged, complete with a fire pit for warming up while savoring your coffee and treats. I tried the butterscotch latte paired with a sāmores cookie. The latte was smooth and subtly flavorful, but the cookie absolutely stole the show. With its perfect balance of chewy softness and sweet-salty goodness, it was nothing short of divine.
For the road, I grabbed a raspberry mocha, and it kept me smiling the entire drive homeāthe flavors were vibrant and unforgettable. I canāt wait to return and relive the magic of this charming hidden gem. If youāre ever in the area, make it a priority to visit this cozy little spotāyou...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came to cedar and moss from Vancouver after seeing it on Tik Tok. It was late in the day and still busy. After waiting in line for a bit, I got to the counter to order my decaf to find out they didnt have any ready. I said its all good and politely left. As I was standing outside the gentleman who I assume owns it came over and started talking to me apologizing for the wait. He said it was so busy they didnt expect the social media flurry. He was so kind and polite and offered us pastries and teas for no cost. The customer service was impeccable the best I have came across in a while. He was so friendly and warming and went around to all the tables outside to ask about their experience. This place is in a stunning location. I will be back and I hope everyone reading this goes to support this local...
