Her dedication is unmatched—always on the ball, always kind, and incredibly efficient. I’ve never seen anyone work with such speed and precision, all while making you feel like the most important person in line.
Marissa doesn’t just take your order—she elevates your day. Her positive energy is infectious, and it’s become part of my daily routine just to see her smile and hear her warm greeting. Honestly, I probably buy way too much Tim Hortons just for the chance to have that moment of joy she brings each morning.

They were putting away donuts for the night - Does this mean you sell them the next day? 6 of the donuts I purchased were powder filled and all 6 were dried out, could barely eat one and threw them out the next day. I immediately contacted you via Facebook messenger and to date have not received a proper answer. The constant response is that I will hear from the team in 3-5 business days. Every 5 days I ask for an update but just keep getting the same useless reply. It has now been 26 days with no contact from the store.
How often are fresh donuts put on the shelves? Is it your practice to hope customers will just give up? Is it your practice to sell dried out donuts?

Then it came out with bacon(I get mistakes happen so this wasn’t an issue and I wasn’t upset), I asked if they could remake it, they took the bacon off and gave me the same sandwich back. I told them I will get sick if I eat pork and asked them to actually remake it. They brought me back the SAME sandwich AGAIN, I could tell because it still had small pieces of bacon on it.
