Milano Pizzeria Bourget — Restaurant in Clarence-Rockland

Pretty good pizza, but I need to share my thoughts with anyone looking to order.

1st. The pizza arrived without the iconic insulated takeout carrier from the delivery driver. I ordered from quite a distance and still tipped well, however; the box was also a little banged up and greasy on the outside. I’m able to look past this.

2nd. The pizza was not cut all the way through, I had to get a knife and finish the job, it was also the worst dividing I’ve seen in a pizza outside of a cartoon; it was actually pretty comical, I’m not sure how they managed this as the lines didn’t go all the way through the diameter of the pie.

3rd. I found there was way too much cheese for my liking, it over took the whole pizza and I had to look for the ham toppings which my wife says she saw but I’m not sure, maybe it melted into the cheese somewhere.

All in all, it was okay and certainly was edible. My three year old loved, it so they managed to capture his pallet perfectly. Personally, I would like to see a little more effort put into the...

Toppings are always in the excess, which for pizza is a very good thing. Here are some suggestions which really is needed is to bring the food up to date like other Milano's in our vicinity. We've lived here 20 years and very little has changed. We all need variety after two decades.

Also the oil needs to be changed more frequently. French fries aren't normally black and fried chicken shouldn't be that dark. A bacon sub is NOT made with bacon bits.

What about panzarotti's. In southern Ontario they do a fantastic one that can either be deep fried or baked. It is a huge seller down there. I'd go for one every week.

Last thing. From some of the other reviewers it appears that some customer service training is very much needed. With Night Off Delivery in the area, everyone has a large selection of Pizza joints...

Weekly customer here , and tonight I ordered a a chicken finger combo with fries and a medium pepp bacon pizza .

First things first , the “ well done” pizza seems to be something out of Narnia , because it’s impossible to get it done the way I ask for it to be done - 37$ a medium pizza . Go figure.

15,50$ for a chicken finger combo, and the fries are soggy and cold and the dish it self just looks unappetizing . A whopping 43$ for this meal, I won’t be eating . See pic below
