PHENOMENAL.

My partner and I were looking for some beans to take home to commemorate a road trip on the eve of a 3rd lockdown. We saw the Creemore Coffee Company that would be open just long enough for us to stop in on our way back home.

Well, we got so much more than we bargained for. It's always a good sign when the owner remembers your voice from the earlier phone call, and an even better one when they introduce themselves by name, chatting like you're old neighbours. Even if nothing else was good, we would have left the shop in much brighter spirits than when we arrived.

But everything else was amazing. My partner is the coffee drinker, and he was given a free sample to try in store. I watched his eyes widen and his jaw drop as he told me it was probably the best cup of coffee he's ever had in his life. Trevor even roasted a fresh bag on the spot for us.

I got one of the many loose leaf tea varieties, and once I got in the car, opened it and took a whiff - wow. I can't wait to drink it. The shop also stocks local goods, and it sounds like Trevor sells only the best.

A shop that sells really good products is hard to find. Such a shop that's owned by such knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind people...

Albeit the coffee tastes great :) the online retail order and delivery experience has been an inconvenience every time we have ordered since going back to Creemore coffee with only one exception (the first time) Communications are unreliable to non existent on inquires by email requesting an update after waiting 6 or 7 days and not even a shipping notice received. We bought Creemore Coffee for years through the previous owner never waited more than just a few days to receive our order… and experienced only considerate and smooth communications. We moved away then it changed hands and we came back to the company once returning to Ontario and waiting this time 10 days to receive two packages of coffee only 2.5 hours away, after an email from the owner the last time when it took 8 days that next time it would go better as they are open more hours now and have more help. We have done our homework and found a couple of suppliers who offer great organic Sumatran coffee and many other coffee choices in Ontario at a lower price point for more beans and much lower free shipping cut offs who offer 3-4 days...

It's always a pleasure to pop my head in here. The wide selection of incredibly tasty flavours and exceptionally friendly atmosphere has anywhere else I have tried, beat. There's no competition in winning me over. The first time I went here I already knew going anywhere else for my coffee would disappoint me.

The care and dedication that goes into the products are superb and high quality. I believe there's something here for everyone's preferences. It's worth noting they don't only sell coffee! Though I have not had the pleasure to try the tea here yet, I imagine it wouldn't disappoint either, however the chips and bagels which I have tried are to DIE for.

If you want to support a local business (that also supports other local businesses) that's well worth your dollar (and has great prices to boot), this place should be at the top of your list. If I could rate it higher than five...
