Coaticook Vanilla 4L from Costco that everybody loves is produced here. A place that you can't miss when you're in Coaticook. Here, you can try all kind of flavours (see the menu that I posted). The best for me is the Strawberry one which tasted the real strawberries, not an artificial flavour. For kids, after a long journey, give them the magical "Coupe glacé molle @ saveur Bubble Gum" filled with chocolate and cherry: Guarantee that you will see your kids fully recharged with a big smile.

The last star cannot be rated due to not very welcoming young ladies at the cashier. They all have been trained to ask this question when you pay by credit card: "est-ce qu'on met le même montant?" Meaning: do you want to leave a Tips? I expressly tried three times with different clerks and they all repeat the same question.

I'm wondering if the owner of the store is aware of this type of practice or this is a way for those ladies to collect money as much as possible for their summer job.

This is very bad practice and I hope that my next visit very soon, I won't...

Basically this has become my favorite ice-cream spot. Not only do I love Coaticook ice-cream but they have flavours that they don’t sell in the grocery store. They also sell their products their like cheese and ice-cream but they also sell their defect products for cheaper. I wish they offered tours of the factory or at least a window so we could see where the magic is made but overall it’s an amazing place. It can get pretty busy at peak hours or over the weekend but the line moves pretty fast. One downside is there is just two washrooms and there seems to always be a little line when I go. "Avec un extra air de boeuf!!" Nous nous sommes rendue à la laiterie,ma fille mon mari et moi aujourd'hui.Il s'agissait de notre première visite cette année et de notre deuxième à vie.On commande en voiture,la jeune femme qui a prix notre commande était très gentille et souriante....tout va bien.On stationne la voiture et on attends notre commande et....c'est là que ça se gâte.Une femme blonde vient nous voir avec un air de boeuf et nous dit d'un tons sec que nous devons partir,que nous ne pouvons pas rester ici car c'est pour le débordement de voiture. ....De 1- rien ne l'indiquait et de 2- le débordement était vide.Alors je me suis excusé poliement et je lui si dit que c'était notre première visite cette année et que je n'était pas au courant puis nous nous sommes tassé. Je suis allé à l'intérieur pour signaler la froideur et le manque de tact flagrant et à ma grande surprise cette dame blonde était LA boss!. Je lui si dis que son comportement était déplorable et que nous n'étions pas au courant vu que c'était notre première visite cette année.Madame était très arrogante et elle nous a dit que ça faisait plus d'une heure qu'elle sortait dehors pour avertir les gens de se tasser....Ce qui n'est PAS de notre faute,ni notre problème!! Madame s'est excusé de peine et de misère,pour se débarasser....madame est boss alors elle a toujours raison!. Sauf qu'à voir les commentaires....je ne suis pas la seule a avoir eu affaire a un comportement de m.... Et de la part d'un boss je m'excuse mais c'est inacceptable!...Si vous êtes tannée de sortir dehors pour dire aux gens de se tasser,placer donc des indications qui se VOIENT....comme ça les gens n'auront pas affaire à votre air de boeuf!!Dans un service à la clientèle vous devez faire preuve de respect c'est un minimum que vous soyez tannée ou pas ....Et ici c'est un gros zero pour le respect!.Dommage....nous ne vous dérangeons...
