McDonald's — Restaurant in Coaticook

McPissed off. They took our order for crispy chicken sandwiches and the sandwiches didn't come with the required sauce, no mayo, nothing. Good thing we hadn't done drive-through. When we asked them to add the sauce, a teen who acted like she couldn't care less said, "we are out of sauce today" and tossed a mayo pack across the counter. If you knew this, why did you take our order? Food is always cold here and they never get the orders right. Place is staffed by kids. Wife threw out her sandwich. Never...

Ne pas ce faire accueillir, demander de ce faire accueillir, comme il ce doit. Ce faire dire : Bin oui ! J't'ai dit Bonjour! Jten trin de la faire ta commande.

Si je le demande, peut-être que je ne l'ai pas entendu ?

Je devais faire retourner ma facture car LEUR erreur, j'ai demandé un Mc crêpe, il mon remis un Mc Muffin. Après c'est ma faute, j'aurais dû vérifier la facture. Ce que j'ai fait et le pourquoi je retournais au restaurant !

Au final, j'ai reçu mon Mc Muffin par la tête et répartie sans mon Mc Crêpe.

Juste parce que je voulais me faire accueillir comme il se doit !

J'ai travaillé 10 ans en service client... Je n'ai jamais traité un client de la sorte !!

Ce n'est pas normal de vivre une situation comme ça juste car je voulais me faire accueillir !

Plus jamais je ne retourne au Mc Donald de Coaticook.

Ce matin le service un gros Zéro ! En plus de l'attente les autres jours..

On doit un respect au client, je n'ai jamais crié après un client, peu importe la situation. Encore moins si j'avais été dans le tort.

The dirtiest McDonald's or for that matter the dirtiest restaurant i have ever been in. Fly infested, Food and dirt everywhere. Can't bear to think what their kitchen standards are like if this is their dining room! Never made a complaint on here before but need to warn others and will call for an inspection recommendation.
