We visited this location as a group with kids. The wait staff went above and beyond with their service. The onion rings had very little sauce as compared to other locations. Also a child had the lid come off the salt. His mom asked if she could have it replaced. The waitress apologized and offered another. After the kids were ready for desert, one of the kids said they never got their meal. Other kids have some of theirs while he waited. A discount was not even offered for the mistake. Then we were charged $5.00 for the handful of fries. We asked to speak to the owner who was working in the kitchen. We praised the staff on their service. The owner said the salt was not the kitchens mistake and we voiced our concerned. The owner never apologized for their mistake and not preparing the missing meal. Poor customer service on the...

All the staff there were very friendly, and overall customer service was wonderful.

We came down to celebrate a birthday, and it worked out really well. There was no wait, and plenty of free tables, even though we made a reservation, just to be on the safe side.

It didn't take too long to get what we ordered, and it all looked and tasted amazing! It wasn't too pricey, but the serving sizes were a little smaller than I had expected.

We ordered funnel fries for dessert (which are deep fried) and we did get a few normal fries mixed in there, most likely just left from the last batch in the deep fryer. Potatoes with cinnamon and chocolate sauce weren't great, but, fun to try either way. We had a good laugh about it.
