I had my very first taste of Cormack Poutinerie at their pop up during the Cormack Day celebration, and let me just say this place seriously delivers! I haven’t had the chance to visit their actual location yet but if the pop-up was any indication, it’s absolutely worth the trip.
I ordered the “Mini Mess” for $8, which came loaded with fries, hamburger meat, dressing, curds, and rich savory gravy. This wasn’t just good it was probably the best poutine I’ve had in a long time. Everything worked together perfectly, but the real standout was the cheese curds. They were perfectly melted, full of flavor and added the kind of indulgent bite you want in a top-tier poutine.
