Brutal experience after dealing with these guys many times. I called for delivery as I've done many times and things started off fine. Towards the end of the conversation I was told my wait time will be 1.5 hours. I said I hope it won't be any longer and the guy laughed and said "maybe longer like 2 hours or more". He followed up with "but don't worry the pizza will be warm" I let that go and simply waited for the delivery. 3 hours goes by so I call in and the manger said it's simply a shortage of drivers and offered zero sympathy or discount for this stupidly long wait. 20 minutes later the girl arrives with the pizza that i no longer cared about and was very apologetic. I hold no grudge against the driver but completely on the management and whoever answered the phone. Hopefully this is a lesson on how to be professional and run a business properly.
