Since the new owner shipi havent been giving them my money at all Tonight I went over there. I got two French vanilla’s, and two apple fritters the apple fritters all of the sugar that was on the outside. I don’t know how they grabbed it if they grabbed it with their bare hands or what but they left sugar all over the bag and I was stuck all over me. I ordered two apple fritters and one Boston cream both bags had icing all over them and they said they didn’t charge me for the Boston cream so I had to go back and tap my card. I think all of you Local people are giving these people from a different country our money you’re just supporting them to come into our community and trust me they’ve already taken over Brampton and they’re gonna be taking over Dalhousie if you keep supporting them the whole places filthy inside and usually the French vanilla machine never has powder in it most of the time I get one and it’s got just pure water because they’re trying to rip you off And just give you water so they can pocket the money Good luck with that the more you go there the more you’re gonna bring them in faster. This is the most useless location in all of Canada, I frequent many locations over the years and this is the worst! Spent over one hour in a line - 4 staff inside helping one person on cash - pay for the order specified NO CHEEZE on all 4 breakfast sandwich- all 4 had CHEEZE!!! They ran out of has Hash browns- ... offer to replaced hash browns with extra sausage, 15 min later ran out of sausage can we replace with muffins... for the other 2 sandwiches why not make all four with sausages prior to putting extra on the 2 wraps!!! they pored coffee first and it was long cold waiting for the food to come out!!! I never complain... however have never had such a horrible experience as this location provided to us today! I feel bad for the staff. I know they're slammed about every 30 minutes and I'm sure the quantity of product they order isn't up to them.

This Tim's never has their machines working. If they are working, they're probably out of the product. Want an item that's listed on their menu? Well they also probably don't sell that at this location.

The Tim's reward machine was down today so I didn't get to Roll Up the Rim. I already don't want to virtually Roll Up the Rim. There's no way to do it after purchasing the product, unlike the physical Roll Up the Rim. I'm sure it's no skin off Tim's back anyway, just means less free product to give out anyway.
