Bad experience, my husband, my girls and I went for supper and the wait was long even tho there was only one person in front of us but the service was pretty good so we overlooked that. Time comes that we ask for another bowl to share the LARGE soup between my one year old and my two year old and my husband got the “we aren’t supposed to because it’s not good for business when people share” this was from the manager who was less than friendly and had absolutely no customer service. Now I understand business very well and if Tim hortons really didint want us to split things for litteraly babies they would make kids meals. She talked to my husband like he was stupid and we will most likely never go back there. When Tim hortons has kids meals I will stop asking for extra bowls....
Read moreI had the worst experience at your location on 25th August 2025. I placed a mobile order for a tea with two cream (no sugar) and a cilantro chicken wrap for pickup. When I arrived at the counter, the staff member (with out any name tag) preparing my order confirmed whether I wanted sugar in my tea. When I said no, she told her colleague, “the guy doesn’t need sugar with his tea, gross.”
Later, when asking about the habanero sauce for the wrap, she commented, “It will not burn your mouth, you are brown.”
I found these remarks to be disrespectful and racially insensitive. I had reported this incident to the tim hortons customer care also.
I am sharing this feedback because I believe no customer should feel uncomfortable or stereotyped when visiting...
Read moreI’m honestly shook by the terrible customer service this morning. I know costumer service as i’ve worked in it all my life. There’s a older woman who was working and not only did she have attitude, she refused to answer my question of what they had while i was in drive thru, saying it would take to long...i’ve gone thru times across this country and legit have never received that response for the same question I ask. And the way she was responding was filled with aggression and attitude. Already made me not want to continue my order and than on top of it as i was driving away, they messed up my order....How can you have employees working for you like this ? it’s not okay...and it’s 5 am and that’s how costumers...
