The Cheerful woodpecker food store & Restaurant, I recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming speakeasy/restaurant, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance was cozy and reminiscent of a bygone era, which added to the overall charm.

The food was simply outstanding! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. You could truly taste the passion and creativity that went into every plate. The chef-owner's talent was evident in every bite, and it's clear that they have a deep love for their craft.

Looking for a unique road trip experience in the small town of Dilke. Cozy vintage country decor Restaurant which serves various dish all freshly made by chef.

We had the House burger and the Serbian special stuffed burgers with potato salad, all fresh and homemade. For dessert we had the amazing homemade cheesecake topped with fruit was freshly made and ready to take out or eat in.

Has fresh baking, butcher shop and grocery store. Locally owned by young family. 😊

Need to take the time to enjoy, not a fast food restaurant. Prices are very reasonable for what you’re getting.

Reservations required. 10 stars if I could. One of the best restaurants I've been to anywhere in the world. I've travelled very extensively. The chef-owner gave a thorough and impassioned explanation of each dish. All carefully crafted with top ingredients. He cooked, served, bartender, everything by himself. The service was excellent. The food was excellent, exquisite, good portions and perfectly prepared. Very reasonable prices. Menu changes regularly. Very interesting story behind the owner and restaurant.
