Last night my coworker and I went here for dinner and was treated exceptionally well thanks to KEVINNN! He really made the night for us and assured we were taken care of at all times. Much appreciation for the service and also Mike in the kitchen made some very delicious food and the fish & chips was amazing. I’d come back and look forward to the changes going to be made at the Pinestone Resort & Stone21 in the future!

Highly recommend! They gave me the BIGGEST burger I’ve ever seen with a generous amount of cheese, bacon, and a HUGE side of fries. I’ve eaten at Stone 21 multiple times and their service & food is 10/10, always super welcoming and food is made with love.

New chef brings a new menu to Stone 21. Same great service as before now with well executed meals. Big thanks from the DriveTeq guys.

My travel partner and I went there tonight for some wings and drinks, after being told that the food was "spectacular" at this restaurant. We stood by the entry podium for over 10 minutes before someone even took the time to seat us. To be clear, it was NOT busy in this place. There were maybe 4 or 5 tables with guests at them, total. Once seated, we ordered, and were provided, our first round of drinks, and menus. 30 minutes later, two other tables were seated near us. Their server (same girl as was serving us) takes their food order as they were seated. THEN, five minutes later, she finally takes our order. We had been seated for over 30 minutes; in there for over 40 minutes total by then. The other two tables' food came out to them in about 15 minutes. Ours took 35 minutes to arrive, from when we ordered. Our wings were extremely overcooked (crispy is good, crunchy is bad!). Two of my wings were actually burned black. Both plates of wings came with the blue cheese for the carrot and celery sticks, but did not come with any carrot or celery sticks! 🤪 The caesar salad was a half bowl of limp lettuce that had clearly been pre-mixed with the dressing hours before. The server never came back to check on us, or see if we want more drinks (or even water, for that matter). As a result, we had to choke down dry, burnt wings, and wash them down with limp salad and one drink. Eventually, my travel partner got another server's attention and got one more glass of wine. $17 for a 9oz glass of Jackson Triggs is more than the entire bottle costs. And $11 for the 6oz glass is just as ridiculous. $11 for a glass of Stella on tap is also punitive, for having to put up with this level of dis-service. Our server used the excuse of being short-staffed, but there were two of them there, plus kitchen staff, for what eventually became a total of about 8 tables. Definitely would not recommend. 😒

Total stay was over 2 hours by the time we got our bill. And both of our bills were over $50 each! Definitely NOT worth it!!

PS: and it is NOT in any way wheelchair accessible! They are at the bottom of a flight of stairs with no elevator and no ramp anywhere. I am an amputee and struggle greatly with stairs. To have to muscle my way down, and then back up, those stairs for that awful food and service...

What a horror show. It started off with no name or telephone number connected to the reservation. The waitress seating us looked and sounded like she'd never done that tast before. When seated we realized there was no air conditioning in the space on a stinking hot day. We ordered food and it took almost 40 minutes to get 4 out of 5 of the dinners. Three of those were the fish and chips - the fish was good - but they only served us 1 piece of fish not two for the $21 per plate. One guest got the pasta dish which was cold and clearly had been microwaved and was inedible. I finally went and asked where the 4th dinner of fish and chips was and was rudely told it was coming. It wasn't until the guest missing his dinner went and complained to the general manager of the resort that the last plate showed up and we were told by the waitress serving it that she had taken this food from someone else! And we were only served one piece of fish not two and when confronted with that information, the waitress said it was because they didn't have enough fish for all the orders. 3 our of the 4 of us didn't get and tartar sauce with the fish and no ketchup was delivered on the table. The waitress was avoiding us when trying to get her attention to get refills on our drinks and when finally confronted explained that there was no manager on duty. Magically, after the conplaint was made to the general manager about the situation, a manager showed up. The venue is tired, the service was terrible, the food was dishonestly served and the air conditioning wasn't working. Avoid...

My boyfriend and I had hoped to sit on the patio, but a huge group literally took up all the tables. There was all of maybe 12 other people inside. Not busy at all. They had 2 waiters, one cook. We waited an hour for our food. No one came to our table to say that our food was on the way or apologize for the delay. After the hour, a waitress came and asked us if we wanted anything to drink as we just had water. The drinks we ordered were "on the house". When our food finally came, it was nothing to brag about. The chicken Parm was disappointing, it was a processed breaded chicken Patty with tomato sauce and a slice of mozzarella on top. You can buy the same thing at the grocery store and cook it yourself. The Patty was dried out and over cooked. The pasta it came with was subpar. For a resort, the service was awful, and the food was not at all to the standards of what you would expect at a Golf Resort. Very disappointing. Won't be dining...
