Have had the worst experience with them over last few months. First time a few months back I asked for a Carmel ice cap they gave me a caramel iced coffee, I didn’t bother to say anything cause I know what working in the food industry is like. This had happened three times and on the 3rd I finally corrected them and let them know that they had been messing up my orders. They apologized and said since renovations things have been busy. I said I understood and that’s why I hadn’t bothered to say anything until the 3rd time as I understand the food industry. Well not even a week goes by and me and my bf go in and order a chicken and Parmesan pizza and we get home and it’s a pepperoni….so I drive all the way back and let them know. They just laughed and apologized as if it was nothing and was funny to them. They fixed my order and got the proper order after a 15 min wait. Then not even two days later same thing with ice cap happend. I ordered a Carmel ice cap and got the caramilk ones. Not only that they tried to hand me a Carmel iced coffee and I had to correct them this was the 4th time they tried doing this after I’ve already corrected them once. Anyways after leaving and tasting it I realized it was wrong ice cap AGAIN. I called and they told me to come in and they would make them for free. When I went in Kathy tried to give me a hard time and tell me I need to triple check my order, once at drive trough once at window and once I get it. I told her I do and it’s still messed up somehow. She then got upset and said she couldn’t do anything, as she was saying that another girl I had talked to on the phone told her to give me the free ice caps due to the mess up the day before.
Today. Me and the bf went in and orders ice caps well…. The try and hand us ice coffees, this is...
Read moreI’m so fed up the horrible service here at Tim Horton’s. For the most part we try to get our coffee from the mom and pop stores in town, which we definitely prefer but sometimes while on the way out of town, the drive thru speaks to us. Today we went though the drive through and had another hoirrble service by Tina. I would say that for the majority of my drive thru experience that I cannot hear the total, so I approach the window and I get stared at... by Tina. She used to shout “money” at you when you rolled up, and I would answer with confusion.... “money what?” “Money please” so I said “well that’s no way to speak to someone, why don’t you start with the total?” Anyway, today Tina is at the window and this time just stares at my husband. Finally it got really awkward in the card and he said “what is the total?” We paid, he came home and the donuts were completely stale. He called Tim Hortons and asks for a manager and Tina explained there wasn’t one and doesn’t know when a manager will be coming in because “she shows up whenever she wants.”
I hope to be talking to a...

I ordered a farmers biscuit and ask the cashier that don't want any meat on it and Instead get a extra hash brown which didn't work as I was getting charge 1.39$. I changed my mind and sticked with regular biscuit. The moment lady(sandwich station) heard something about extra hash brown from the cashier which I haven't ask rudely said to the casheir I am not giving anything for free. Which I haven't asked anything for free. I really got offended as she didn't even spoke to her co worker properly and didn't care about the customer service. Worse experience don't feel like coming...
