What a great find! I stopped by Boulangerie Dora at 799 Rue Principale, Eastman, QC J0E 1P0. It's a very small bakery, but you can tell it's a real labor of love.

Despite its size, they pack in a huge selection, with everything from flaky croissants to exquisite cakes. The coffee is top-notch and smells incredible. They also have a really great patio where you can relax before a trip. The whole place is spotless, which is a big plus.

I have to give a special shout-out to the woman working the counter—she was absolutely amazing! 😊

I highly recommend Boulangerie Dora! You'll find not only fantastic baked goods but also a warm and cozy atmosphere.

I bought a box of six doughnuts in June, and while most were okay, the fluffy one called "Queue de Homard" was quite disappointing. It was so hard that I struggled to bite into it, and it seemed either overbaked or outdated—it was impossible to cut, even with a knife. When I went back to address the issue, I encountered some attitude from the staff, who insisted that this was how it should be. Just popped in today, and not only are the raspberry scones delicious but I was quite impressed with the level of customer service we received from the young man and young lady that work there. My elderly mother from West Virginia, who now lives with me was delighted when the nice employees noticed her accent and began serving her in English.
