Bubble Tea Depot — Restaurant in Edmonton

My wife and I were visiting family in edmonton and were recommended to try this place by her sister, so we ordered a surprise bag, and I went to pick it up. However, the person running the store was very rude and honestly needs a reality check as he seems to believe people are out to steal bobble tea orders in his completely vacant store, as he made a huge deal out of me not having their app and only having screen shots as he said and I quote "well anyone can have screen shots you should have the app I'm going to help you but next time have the app or we might not give your food" so in short the bobble tea is good their staff is guarding fort nox and is in serious need of reality check as im sure I'm not the only guy out there who has a wife with every ordering app out there and goes a gets whatever his wife happens to order having no real idea what he's there for other than a screen shot of it but the only place I've ever had issues with this is this bubble tea shop so yeah probably not gonna ever return here, but if your gonna go here don't forget...

Purchased a TooGoodtoGo voucher here for $7.99 for what was advertised as a $24 value in order to see how this place was. Not sure how these two drinks are worth $24. Especially considering the menu price for a large drink (not sure what size I got but it seemed smaller than what others ordered) is $5.99 each. Bought surprise bags with a listed value of $40 total, at a reduced price. On pickup during the early afternoon, was given 4 small teas, and they insisted this was correct. Essentially paid full price for a bbt for a flavour I didn't get to pick. Fine, but your ad is misleading, and flavours are pretty standard, nothing amazing. Definitely not worth "$10 per cup".
