Supreme Pizza — Restaurant in Edmonton

Updated review Jan 2024 (1 Star): Store has changed their gluten-free pizza. Just picked up a small kids-looking pizza, cut into 4 small squares. For $15. This is the smallest gluten-free pizza that I’ve seen that’s not labelled as a kid’s pizza. Took me about 3 minutes to finish it. This is no longer a place for a good gluten-free pizza, look elsewhere.

Original 2021 review (5 Stars): Got the gluten-free square pizza from here. They also have a regular circular pizza option in the gluten-free. Not really sure what the difference is other than the obvious geometric variance. I think it might be the same price, so the math enthusiasts out there might want to do an area/volume formula to see which is better bang for buck. If that’s your thing.

Anyway - the pizza was pretty good. The crust wasn’t that hard - shatter your teeth gluten-free crust. It was not too soft and not too hard. They were also very liberal with their toppings. Lots of cheese. One of the better gluten-free options if you’re not looking for that typical “we have a gluten free pizza - surprise-ending - we just pulled it out of the freezer” pizza.

Note - the restaurant itself isn’t gluten-free certified - as a mixed pizza place like this obviously...

Very good indian-style pizza. The tandoori chicken pizza was excellent and loaded with toppings and cheese. I like how the veg toppings were chopped up in small pieces so you could taste an abundance of flavor with each bite. For a true Indian-inspired taste, ask for cilantro and/or ginger on your pizza (free of charge). Also, you can order your pizza mild, medium, spicy or Indian spicy. I got spicy and it was just right.

I will deduct 1 star only because a) they don't have a customer washroom, b) there's no slices and literally only 2 seats (this is really a pick-up place), c) sketchy plaza with some shady peeps hanging out in front of the bar in this plaza and d) the taste/quality is still not as good as the Indian-style pizzas I've had in Surrey/Brampton but probably the best for Edmonton.

Edit: If you can give me a number to call, that would be great. I also can give you the number of the man that called me and yelled at me and swore. It had a name of the person that called me. We are a huge supporter of this place, I always recommend supreme, but this man was horrible and should not be working for your business.

I ordered pizza from this place, and I specifically ordered certain pizza. There was mushrooms all over the pizza and I called in and the man swore at me. And told me to check the I ingredients, after I ordered specific pizzas. Horrible customer service and horrible food. Which normally is good, but the person working is horrible, swearing at their customers is so terrible. And I am gonna make sure everyone knows.
