Gas Station Drive-through Location Pro tip: repeat everything you order like you are talking to a toddler, because you can have a 2-3 minute conversation with them, get to the window and pay, only to be told you didn't order the food you are waiting for. They really struggle with listening at this location. They constantly break away from you over the microphone to do whatever it is the person taking orders is doing when you are trying to order and the end result is they keep missing items, I'm talking days and days and days in a row, where I would place my order, get to the window, only to be told I didn't order the food I just had a lengthy discussion about at the drive through window. I'm literally stunned at how bad it has gotten. Is the person taking orders also asleep? Eaten any gummies before work? You gotta be high at this point. I must be the bad guy right? If you can't go to a business to order what the business sells... it's not much of a business is it. There was only 6 items and the meal was apparently entirely missed. I just can't anymore, this is hilariously bad. 😂. Apparently I'm in the wrong for trying to order food lol. I think at this point, you should go to a different location that can still manage to take an order, under normal circumstances, I am almost positive the employees at this location connected to the Esso Gas Station, would appreciate you not going there, thus, making their day...

Went through the drive thru January 11, 2023. My order consisted of a bowl, cookies and two drinks. I was alone in the vehicle which was clear. Everything was handed to me separately. No bags or tray. The entire time at the window was about 1 minute in that minute the person at the window continously said "Thank you, have good day". Once or twice is nice, but continously translates into hurry up and leave. Everything was loose including the utensils. I asked for a tray for the drinks and that seemed to agitate him. So I am trying to put the drinks in the tray do I don't spill them before I drive away, my dash covered with the bowl cookies and utensils..and this guy keeps saying "Thank you have a nice day" but we all know he is telling me to GO! We've all been to McDonalds, Burger King, Carl's Jr, etc. Not one of them would hand you a burger then the fries, then the napkin, then the straw, then the drink and expect you drive away holding all of this your hands or sprawled all over you dash. Get...

It's been a long time since I came to a Tim Hortons. Most I have been to over the past few years (I'm a truck driver and have tried many across Canada), don't seem to care if they get your order right, just how fast they can get it to you. It's been a while, so I came in to order a chilli. After standing for quite a while waiting for some front counter service, I ordered and told them what I wanted. Large chilli with shredded cheese on it, an Artisan bun not toasted, but buttered heavily with extra butter. Simple and straight forward. It was quick, but, The chilli had only 5 or 6 pieces of shredded cheese on it and the bun had a very thin coating on one of the bun halves. Yet a again, another try, and again, more disappointment. Tim's chilli is one of my favorite meals to eat out. Too bad the service that come with it has...
