Lin Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Elmsdale

I think this place gave my family the worst experience we have EVER HAD at a restaurant. When we first sat down, the server was very rude. We took note of this but decided to eat here as our favorite place down the street for Chinese food was closed. We thought the food was pretty good and enjoyed that part of our visit. My husband payed our bill and didn't leave a tip as we were not thrilled over the service. My mother went up to pay right after and I'm assuming it was the owner (she was a middle aged woman) started screaming at my mother as she didn't leave a "big enough tip". She tipped almost $4.00, which was something considering the service. We literally walked out of the door with this woman screaming at us to get out and my husband blatantly telling the woman the service was not good. My mother was almost in tears in the parking lot, she had NEVER been yelled at like that at any restaurant and nor should she ever have been! Worst experience ever went there newyears eve.made reservation for 6.30 6.55 still standing my.partner went up and said we had reservations she said 6.30 yes and still left us there .we ended up getting out own table and than still waited .4 people came in at 7.02 she got them a table immediately waited on them and they were eating ahead of us.My partner ending up asking the young fella to serve us.we had to ask for napkins and cutlery.
