If I could give this Tim Hortons 0 stars I would. These workers need training in work etiquette and manners! They're so rude that you get a vibe that hot coffee is gonna be spilt on you due to their lack of respect and negligence. I was told to go around again 3 times bc my order was not correct and not made on time. A worker told me I was holding the line when i went around the first time for my order to be corrected.. How am I holding the line when it's their responsibility to correct my order in a timely manner. I have places to go too. I would say Tim Hortons Corp SHUT this Tim's down! ✨ ppl don’t know that labor is the most expensive cost for tim hortons, often eating into profits of the franchise owners. this has resulted in a lot of tim hortons scaling back staff in order to stay afloat, often resulting in longer wait times

Never had any issues here despite some of these negative reviews. Staff has always been super friendly. Definitely not their fault if the lines are long, they're new to the area and busy. If the line is long I just park and go inside, no issues. Great to have a tims so close to home, will continue to visit this location for both food...
