A&W Canada — Restaurant in Esterhazy

Lazy, irresponsible workers and staff!! They posted there hours accordingly then close 2-3 hours early without notice or a warning. The restaurant must want to go out of business, they are missing so much clients and customers!! This incident of driving 45 minutes for this restaurant and discovering they had closed early due to lack of customers has happened repeatedly. And I know I’m not the only one that has had this happen to them. They workers are ridiculous to not sure they leave their job due to boredom or whatever is going through their minds when coming up with this outrageously stupid idea. Went inside here about a year ago and ordered a chocolate milkshake. The machine would not work because a syrup refill was needed. I eventually got my milkshake. After taking a sip about five minutes down the road there was barely any chocolate flavour. Last summer I went back there again to the front counter. There was only one person on duty and that person was working the drive through. After waiting many minutes without acknowledgement I had to leave. I looked for signs perhaps indicting that only drive through service was available but there were no signs. Both instances were around 1 PM. A & W is usually quite good...

I go to A&Ws across 3 provinces regularly. About 3 or 4 times a week. This has got to be the worst one I've ever been to. The coffee tastes different than any other franchise location and may come with a layer of grounds. When they open at 6am (5am would be smarter) they don't seem to be ready enough to be open. I was the first customer and waited 10 minutes for 2 coffees. I suggest going somewhere else. In fact, just skip this town altogether. I haven't had a good experience anywhere here.
