Terrible experience. We were dining with a few friends. Extremely slow service; “large” Caesar salad was the same amount as the small, just served in a bigger bowl; we were overcharged on our bill; there was only one debit machine for the entire restaurant and it kept timing out. We waited ages to pay our bill as a result. The bill included a “concert fee” of $10 per person. The live music started at 7pm; our reservation was for 6pm (on the patio, away from the music) but we were charged anyway. I have been dining here for few years. I went the other day and not happy. I ordered a rum and Cola. They have only 1oz shots which the charged $9.00 for. Tge brought the drink and a can of Coca-Cola for my drink mix. When I order a mixed drink anywhere else, the mix is included in the cost. I was shocked that they charged 9.00 for the rum but they also charged me $3.25 for a can of Coca-Cola making the price of my drink to $12.25. Totally unacceptable. Meal prices have risen as well. Fresh food and friendly service. Didn't wait long at all to be served and our food was delicious. They are only open certain times of the day however. We did have to wait until 6:30 before we could get in. They weren't open in the afternoon. But we enjoyed the ovens trail for the afternoon and were able to stop for supper once we go back.
