I've had good experiences and bad ones there. They tend to mess up orders when you order online. When doing bulk ordering for the company I work for, they have forgotten to ring up drinks we ordered, therefore making someone go back to get the drinks and pay for them - which is a big inconvenience. It was their fault it was forgotten since its all ready packaged up by the time we arrive to get it, and i believe those forgotten drinks should have been free due to the inconvenience. Anytime I have done a bulk order, I have gone in a day or two before with a copy of our order to give to them so there should not be any mix ups, or short any food for our orders, but for some reason there has been. I really don't like the paper straws so I try to not get fountain drinks even though I prefer that over bottles. Bring back plastic straws. I think they should be changing gloves after each sandwich that is made and have tongs for each food to put on each order for allergy purposes. Other than those issues, I enjoy their subs and will...
Read moreOrdered here for lunch via their website. It was easy to use and when I went to get my sub it was ready on the orders stand. This is a newer feature for me but I really appreciate it. You don’t need to wait you can just order for pick up, find your item, grab it and go. Especially when it gets busy at meal times, it really saves you some time.
The store is clean but small. There is tables for dining in. It follows the typical subway decor that is consistent and known across the franchise.
I’ve grabbed food from here twice now and have been satisfied each time. Fresh tasty ingredients with a good crunch, lots of vegetables and meat. I appreciate the consistency.
