Munchees Pizza — Restaurant in Florence

Terribly over priced got a large pizza and a medium garlic finger and a small donair. Couldn't believe how much it cost and the fact the girl answering the phone gave us the wrong price over the phone so when we arrived to get our order the order was more expensive then we were told and instead of forgetting the couple dollars and saying pay it next time or just be friendly and forget it we had to drive all the way back Into town to get a few more dollars for it causing everything to be cold and and soggy, the donair was just completely covered in donair sauce basically making it inedible. Probably about a pound of sauce on it .Someone should train the one working there because the food that comes out of that establishment isn't good enough for the dogs. If you're going to over price everything and not be able to hold a certain standard for your employees to uphold for food quality then we will go somewhere else. Used to be my goto favourite pizza place growing up in Florence. Unfortunately it would seem the quality of service has gone down hill. After recently visiting my mother and ording a large pizza and medium garlic fingers, which must have had some fancy imported ingredients because it cost me $37. To top it all off, they don't do debit, cash only, which maybe would have been good information to have when we were ordering.

So, I was over charged, imho, I now need to drive to a bank machine, and my pizza is cold. This is just one of a number of incidents, which includes their delivery driver informing me he doesn't deliver Donair sauce or gravy because if it spills it'll ruin his car seats, still charged me for it though.

It's unfortunate that my all time favourite pizza place has fallen so far down on my list. Ordering from here was a mistake that will not be repeated...

Outrageously over priced just paid 56 dollars for a large pizza with 2 extra toppings and delivery ten minutes away when 3 days prior I paid 36 which is still a bit much so I asked why the price change the reason was cuz the price of dough went up what 20 dollars made no sense will never order from fhere again always have to order extra toppings or it's like eating a thin slice of cardboard with cheese and...
