Pizza Delight — Restaurant in Florenceville-Bristol

We ordered the family deal from menu. One pizza and a garlic finger or family salad for 29.99. Waiter returned to the table to inform us it came with 2 pizzas. I questioned him on this and he said there was a miss print in the menu and assured me that this was the deal and it would be the price that was on the menu. Food was not great and when I went to pay the price was a lot more than what was on the menu. I spoke with the Waiter and he said oh did I say that to you? He up sold us telling us it was a mistake in the menu. I hate being lied to or taken advantage of. He sold us a completely different deal than what we had asked for. He pointed to the other deal at the cash pretending that he told us the difference in price I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. I paid the bill and no one took ownership of their mistakes. Very poor service and the food was nothing like other pizza delights in the area. Very disappointed in the dishonesty...

Pizza was like cardboard! They brought out our pizza that wasn't cut! Asked for them to cut the pizza, she returned and it still wasn't cut! They even said this wasn't the first! I guess we know why they couldn't cut the pizza! Told them I wasn't paying for the pizza! We Left behind almost a whole pizza! They took off two bottles of pop! Wasn't pleased! Still charged us for the pizza! Won't be going back there again! The service was actually good for only one lady working the floor! She told us that the pizza with the works is a frozen pre made, that's why she thinks it was so tough! Unfortunately we traveled 35 minutes to have supper that...

We waited almost an hour for one pizza and garlic fingers. We were one of the only customers in the building and two other tables that came in after us were all done their food before we even got ours. (That we could see that is) Having two young children, I am not happy at all. If it was not for my two kids, I would have left a long time ago. I even asked what the eta is and was told 10 minutes, about 18 minutes later the pizza finally came. I feel our order was forgotten about. Then when we asked why it took so long, we got "I do not know what is happening in there". And to make it even better, they did not do anything when it came...
