Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Florenceville-Bristol

If I could give a 0 I would. This place has been going downhill for a while but today was our families last day going here. My 4 year old was eating a bagel with cream cheese and pulled plastic film out of her mouth. Called and spoke to the assistant manager and no care in the world on her part. No apology even after I advised my child could have severely choked. She asked what my order was so she could find it in the system and before I even started telling her she asked if it was found in cream cheese? Clearly this is a regular occurrence if she already knew. She advised I’d have to drive back if I wanted a replacement bagel. I advised I would not be driving the 20+ minutes back as we will not be ordering food from their establishment again due to this. She offered a refund for JUST the bagel that had the plastic in it, but again advised I’d have to drive back to get that. I asked what about a refund for the whole order because we didn’t eat anything else that was ordered in case there was plastic in the other bagels with cream cheese as well. She responded back with no because that wouldn’t be fair to us to refund a whole order when only one bagel was messed up would it? The customer service is disgraceful with the no care response and attitude to this. Avoid ordering...

Normally i would not complain as I’m at this Tim Hortons regularly. Been hearing a lot of complaints of this Tim Hortons going downhill, but I normally have very good service although recently it seems like The rumours are true. Not only has this Tim Hortons messed up my order several times recently or just plainly forgetting something, I went today to grab food and drinks for my family. Everything was going fine until he asked me to go wait out front For the pizza I ordered. I waited in the car for almost 10 minutes and the pizza still wasn’t ready. My child in the backseat had to go to the bathroom so I brought him inside while I was waiting and was disgusted at what I saw. Not only does the bathroom stink like piss, It looks like it’s never cleaned.. Someone spit up a bunch of snot and left it in the sink. I don’t think these bathrooms are maintained at all and it’s sincerely gross having to walk into something like that with your child. When I approached to tell someone at the front they just shrug their shoulders at me with a blank stare.. I understand that the bathrooms can’t be watched every minute of the day, but this looks like it has never...

Every single time I go here they either mess up my order or forget an item from my order. Today, the woman at the drive thru sat and argued me for a couple minutes claiming I never ordered an item. First of all, I already had to pay twice because I asked for 2 chocolate milks and she gave me one. And second, I order the exact same thing every time I'm in the area for breakfast so i think I'm quite positive I know what I ordered. She had also forgotten one of my chocolate milks already, so she didn't really have a leg to stand on arguing me like that. It was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for when she came up to the window to argue me like that. So after paying 3 separate times, I finally got my order. This tim Hortons has gone even more downhill in the past year which I really didn't think was possible, as it was already awful to begin with. It's very unfortunate because it's the only one in the area. I wish head office would hire at least one person who is thorough and competent to help train the rest of the team and get that place finally running at least...
