ordered from this place over the APP, about 6 minutes before I arrived, I noticed my number up on the board, then is disappeared, a worker came called my number and told me they didn't have enough they would have to cook more, I said no I didn't want to wait just cancel it, and left, when I got home my wife was asking where the order was I told her it was cancelled, she said it wasn't that I must have eaten it cause I already got the receipt saying I got the oder, but it wasn't what the kid did was COMPLETE the order without even filling the order, so I called the restaurant and asked WHY was the order complete when it wasn't? I asked that this be refunded back to my debit card, I was calm, explained in detail, oh I was supposedly talking to the manager, gave them all the details, so the so called manager says hold on a minute, and then decides to tell another person to take the call because I was a ANGRY man, wasn't mean or ignorant during the call, and oh yea, my phone calls are recorded, and when another person took the phone I gave her a few choise words and hung up. Imagine being called an ANGRY man because I called to complain about an order I never received and I'm the angry one. NEVER again will I go to any McDonalds anywhere, so I paid for something I never got and when you complain you are the one who is to blame, never mind an employee completing an order that isn't complete, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone, so now I have to waste my time in dealing with their corporate office to get a refund for something I didn't receive but it's my fault, imagine that, but typical from a big restaurant, it doesn't matter I didn't get the order because there will always be someone else to replace my order with their order, I've even posted my recorded phone call on reddit with alot of people just replying with a "WOW, typical big box restaurants brushing aside a legitimate complaint, trying to blame the customer"

Read moreI went into McDonald's to have a meal with my husband. I just had a stent put in and this was the first day out and I wanted to have a bite to eat. I ordered two meals, one was a meal with a water. When my order was ready there was a Fruitopia and not a water. I asked the girl to replace my drink with a water and she came back with a plastic cup with the lid with water in it. I said that I paid for a meal with a water and not a plastic cup with a water and could you please get me a bottle of water. She came back with a very sarcastic look and gave me the bottle water. I walked away and I heard her say to everyone "I won't drink water from a plastic cup". I was so upset that she was mocking me I went back up to the counter to confront her and which she denied. The manager came up and asked what happened and his response was "I will handle it". I walked away to sit back down and another customer said "I'm glad you said something" and I asked if she heard what she said and her response was "everyone heard what she said" and she also said that kids these days have no respect. I went back up to the manager and said that the lady also overheard what she said and again his only response was "I said I would handle it". Whatever happened to apologizing to the customer and trying to make things better. The manager didn't seem to care at all and this was evident by the loud talking and laughing from all the staff. The whole atmosphere felt like a bunch of teenagers that had no supervision and were able to say and do whatever they wanted. Read moreI attended this restaurant yesterday at lunch time and also today at lunch time due to its proximity to my school. I usually order a bagel and a coffee. Yesterday I ordered an americano and asked the cashier how many shots of espresso would be in it...someone who appeared to be the owner or manager (dressed in plain clothing) retorted rather rudely that “however much is in it is in it...” he was off handed and quite frankly rude. Today I had a similarly negative experience whereby my order was mixed up and took much longer than it should have, because one of the expediting staff accidentally gave my bagel to another customer. This employee laughed obnoxiously about the mix up, loud enough for all of us customers to hear, it was extremely unprofessional and off putting. When after around 10 minutes I was finally given my coffee and bagel, there was no effort made to apologize for the wait or the obvious mistake...”here you go” is what the gentleman serving me said, I should add this gentleman was also in plain clothing, indicating that he is likely some type of manager also. I have always been impressed with the quality of food and beverages for this particular location, (their baked goods are especially good), but the staff...and it seems management team...have a lot of work to do in terms of their customer service and level of professionalism. I would not recommend this location.
Unbelievably upon leaving the establishment this afternoon, I witnessed this same employee who was laughing and joking obnoxiously about mixing up my order, yelling at the top of her lungs at another customer in the drivthrough...I am thankful I was able to catch this in a video, and will be taking it to the higher ups....
